Knowles quality of service is deeply engrained in the company ethos from our early days as a second hand parts supplier.

Our parts department is operated by very experienced staff with a comprehensive knowledge of our products, and can give technical advice as well as standard information. They are backed up by a very modern well constructed computerised stock system, which is interlinked with vehicle records and stock item batch traceability records, giving our staff an almost instant ability to see exactly what parts are installed in any customers’ Knowles PTO or Reduction Gearbox.

We pride ourselves on being able to offer an excellent VOR service, by utilising a variety of nextday carriers, who are able to deliver by 0900 hours: 1030 hours: 1200 hours and 1300 hours on weekdays and Saturdays if necessary.

It has also always been our policy to offer a parts counter collection facility for the most urgent requirements.

This department is open between 0800 and 1700 hours Monday to Friday, as well as 0830 to 1230 hours on Saturdays. Technical support, drawing references and vehicle history information are all available to counter staff to assist customer queries.
